Hello! Nope, the SAC Library does not have a current subscription to the Wiley Online Library (WOL), which is where the current issues of the Journal of the Historical Society are now published.

According to WorldCat, UTSA has an online subscription to the WOL from 2002-present. You'd have to go to either the 1604 or Downtown campus library to access it, unless you are a current student, faculty, or staff member at UTSA. Then you could access it online via that link with your UTSA credentials.

As far as colleges in Houston with access, it looks like Rice University has a current online subscription and University of Houston has it online.

I'd encourage you to call first to check hours and confirm access to the issues you need. As with all institution-specific subscription databases, you'll have to go on campus to use the Wiley Online Library.
